Full Life!
Lately life has felt very full, (LITERALLY!) I’m almost 34 weeks pregnant. My son is 8 and busy with school and sports. I work a dental job while also trying to vamp up my new real estate business. I am 6 months in and I’m trying to make it the best it can be for my family and my clients. My husband works in the agricultural sales industry and spends evenings and weekends coaching high school basketball. Some days feel like a carefully coordinated schedule…and others feel like pure chaos.
And honestly? This season has reminded me that life rarely fits neatly into boxes. Life was never meant to be neat, but in the chaos of this full life, we were meant to always be our best and be kind.
There’s a version of adulthood we’re often sold—the idea that balance means everything runs smoothly at the same time. The house is clean and tidy, work is thriving, kids are on schedule, meals are planned, and there’s still energy left at the end of the day to put into yourself or your spouse. But real life doesn’t look like that most of the time.
Real life looks like early mornings, packed calendars, and doing your best with what you have that day.
Some days, I’m fully present at work, focused and productive. Other days, my energy is limited, and my priorities shift to family, rest, or simply getting through the day. And I am learning that both are okay.
What I do know is this: even in buys seasons, showing up matters. Not perfectly-just consistently. Showing up for my family. Showing up for my work. Showing up for the people who trust me, even when life feels stretched.
This season won’t last forever. Neither will the late nights, the packed schedules, or the constant juggling. But it’s here and it’s shaping me-teaching me patience, perspective, and a deeper appreciation for the moments in between the busy ones.
If there’s one thing this stage of life has reinforced, it’s that we don’t have to have everything figured out to keep moving forward in the direction of our goals. Sometimes just showing up one day at a time is enough.
I see this same kind of busyness in many buyers and sellers I work with. Families juggling work schedules, kids’ activities, major life changes, and big decisions all at once. Real estate doesn’t always happen in a “perfect” season- it often happens right in the middle of the chaos of real life. My goal is to meet people where they are, help simplify the process, and take what I can off their plate during their buying or selling season. When life feels busy, having someone steady in your corner, who understands and takes the time to be with you and help you, it can make all the difference.
If you’re in a season where life already feels full but you’re thinking about buying or selling, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Sometimes the first step is just a conversation-no pressure, no rush, just comfort. When you’re ready, I’m always here to talk through options, answer questions, and help you move forward at a pace that fits your life best.
So, enjoy the chaos, because that’s just what life is. It is beautiful, and joyful, and wild, and I hope you can always remember to take one moment at a time.
