23 and Building a Career I Love in Real Estate

At 23, people often expect you to still be “figuring life out.” And in many ways, I am—but one thing I know for sure is that I love being in real estate. This industry has quickly become more than just a career path for me; it’s a passion and a lifestyle.

Why Real Estate at 23?

A lot of people ask why I chose this industry so young. My answer is simple: I didn’t want to wait to start chasing something I care about. Real estate excites me because every day is different. One day I’m walking through a charming starter home with first-time buyers, and the next I’m strategizing how to market a property that tells a unique story.

But more than the homes, it’s the people that make this career meaningful. I get to help families start new chapters, guide young buyers making their first big investment, and support sellers as they transition into something new. Being part of those moments is a privilege I don’t take lightly.

Growing With the Industry

Starting at 23 means I have time on my side. I get to grow alongside my clients, learn from every deal, and constantly sharpen my skills. Real estate pushes me to be resourceful, to adapt quickly, and to always keep learning—and that challenge is something I thrive on.

Building a Foundation Early

I don’t see being young in this business as a setback—I see it as an advantage. I’m building my foundation early, learning lessons now that will only make me stronger and more experienced down the road. I get to create a career I love while also creating a life I’m proud of.

At 23, I’m not just working in real estate—I’m building my future through it. And to me, there’s nothing more exciting than that.
